Let's troubleshoot some of the issues who might be having with audio playing and images loading...
All Bedrock lessons are human-narrated and contain imagery and videos. These help learners model correct pronunciation and improve their learning experience, so their sound should always be on and imagery visible.
If the sound doesn't appear to be working, a few things could be causing the issue.
- Is the audio connected to the speakers or headphones correctly? (You'd be surprised how often this simple solution solves the issue!)
- Some PC monitors may not have built-in speakers, so you may need to provide headphones.
Images not loading and no sound?
- There could be a firewall issue, and you will need to ask your IT manager about this.
