How do I cancel my Bedrock home subscription?

We would love for you to continue your literacy journey with Bedrock Learning, but we understand that sometimes this may not be possible. Managing your subscription is easy and can be carried out via your Guardian dashboard...

  • From your dashboard, the guardian can see details about the subscription from the My subscription tab, where they can add or remove learning content for each learner.
  • If you wish to cancel your subscription, click on the Payment details tab and click the red Cancel subscription button.
  • You are welcome to reactivate your Bedrock access at any time. Your children will continue where they left off. If you want to rejoin, simply log into your account (using your existing login credentials) and reactivate your subscription(s).
